No, and you won't be asked to do any poses. The Inner Sail Circle draws on the philosophy behind yoga, presence, breath, listening to what the body already knows, and uses it as a tool for leadership work, not a physical practice. Yes, you can split the price into two payments, half at enrollment and half automatically charged 4 weeks later. You'll get a reminder email a few days before the second charge.

Group format is a small group of 8 to 10 people, €760 per person. 1:1 is fully personalized and one-on-one, €1,190.
