Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details, name and email, when you sign up, book a call, or enroll in a program.
• Booking details, the date, time and reason you provide when booking a Discovery or Mentoring Call.
• Payment information, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details, only the resulting subscription or payment status.
• Basic usage data, which pages are visited and when, with no cookies and no personal identifiers attached, used only to understand overall traffic.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the platform, each only receiving what they need to do their job:

• Stripe, payment processing.
• Resend, transactional emails, booking confirmations, reminders and receipts.
• Zoom, creating your meeting link when you book a call.
• Vercel and Turso, hosting and database infrastructure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@theinnersail.com. You can also update your password from your account page, or cancel a subscription at any time.

Data retention

We keep account and booking data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update this page and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
