Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you book a call, join The Inner Sail Move, or enroll in the Leadership Program with Ines Ramos (“The Inner Sail”). By using theinnersail.com or paying for a service, you agree to them. Questions, email contact@theinnersail.com.
Not medical advice
Yoga & Flow classes and leadership mentoring are offered for general wellbeing and professional development. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice. Practice at your own pace and consult a doctor before starting if you have any health concerns.
The Inner Sail Move
A monthly membership, billed automatically each month. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; you can cancel any time before it ends and won’t be charged. After the trial, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel from your account page. Cancelling stops future billing, it does not refund the current billing period.
The Leadership Program
Paid in full or in two installments (the second charged automatically 4 weeks after enrollment to the same card, with a reminder email beforehand). Program spots are limited and enrollment is confirmed once the first payment is received. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible, refunds are considered case by case depending on how much of the program has already started.
Discovery and Mentoring Calls
Discovery Calls are free and last 30 minutes. Mentoring Calls are a separate service, 1 hour, the first one is free, then €110 per session, charged at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, email us with as much notice as possible.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don’t store your card details. Prices are in euros and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site or an active subscription after a change means you accept the update.
