What the Inner Sail Circle is
The Inner Sail Circle is an 8-week immersive journey built around the 8 Keys of Consciousness, the Sail Diary, weekly somatic practices, and guided reflection.
Through self-exploration, embodied practices, and practical application, it supports you in developing deeper self-awareness and understanding your own patterns, so you can consciously choose how you show up, without burning out and without falling back into old patterns.
It draws on the philosophy behind yoga, not the poses, but presence, breath, and listening to what the body already knows, and turns it into a practical tool for real, lasting change.
This isn't a course you sit through. Each session starts with where you actually are that week, not a script. Over 8 weeks you move through the 8 Keys of Consciousness at a pace that matches real life, not a syllabus. You leave every session with something concrete to do differently, and by the end, the pattern you came in with is one you know how to break on your own.
Is the Inner Sail Circle for you?
This work is for you if:
- β¦You've built a career that looks good on paper, but something underneath feels off.
- β¦You already know exactly what you've been avoiding, you just haven't done anything about it yet.
- β¦You've done the reflecting, read the books, had the conversations, and you're still doing the same thing.
- β¦You feel like you're always giving more than you receive, and the weight of that is catching up with you.
- β¦You want to lead your own life with clarity, presence and humanity, not just get through it on autopilot.
- β¦You want to understand your patterns and how they influence the way you show up, at work and everywhere else.
- β¦You're done talking about changing. You want to actually change.
Built on the 8 Keys of Consciousness
Eight keys that build on one another, a natural progression that begins within and expands outward into the impact you have on everyone around you.
You can't lead what you can't see
Own what's yours, release what isn't
See clearly beyond the story you tell yourself
Forgive the past, care for who you are today
See others the way you see yourself
Act from clarity, not reaction
Honor the path, celebrate every step
Bring the journey together, and become the leader you always were
Why the 8 Keys of Consciousness?
Leadership is not only something we understand with the mind. It is something we embody through the way we show up, respond, and connect with others.
Because the way we lead is shaped not only by what we know, but by the patterns, beliefs, and behaviours we bring into every interaction.
Leadership doesn't begin with another external framework, a skills checklist, or a title. It begins within, through the awareness of our thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and the way we relate to ourselves and others.
The 8 Keys were created from years of real experience leading teams, combined with embodied practices that cultivate presence, awareness, breath, and the ability to listen before reacting.
They follow a natural progression: first seeing yourself clearly, then taking responsibility for your choices, releasing judgement and the weight of the past, opening to deeper connections with others, and finally stepping into leadership with greater consciousness, clarity, and sustainability.
Each key builds on the one before it, creating an inner foundation, held in the body as much as understood in the mind, that allows you to lead with stability even when circumstances around you change.
What youβll feel after
By the end of the 8-week Inner Sail Circle, patterns that once felt like "just who you are" become visible and transformable. You'll have the awareness and language to understand them, a somatic anchor to return to instead of automatically reacting under pressure, and greater clarity on how you want to lead.
And your growth doesn't end when the program does. You'll continue your journey inside the Leaders Circle, a private community designed to support reflection, connection, and continued growth long after the sessions finish.

What people are saying
βInes is such a strong mentor. I purchased the mentorship program. She guided me when I was finalizing my business models and needed to establish my products. What I loved about her program is her ability to motivate, encourage, and help me come up with solutions, and discover what needs to be done. She is calm, collected, and really brings to the table a perfect leader mentor, for anyone looking for an all-time coach. Her mentorship has really made a difference to the way I'm working with my customers now and the courage I have to generate new business. I am more confident and at ease in my overall life and relationships as well.β

βBefore joining The Inner Sail, I often felt disconnected from my own potential. I had goals, but I lacked clarity, confidence, and a real understanding of what was holding me back. Through the exercises and meditations, I developed a stronger sense of self-trust. I stopped second-guessing every decision and began acting with more intention. I now feel more grounded, more focused, and more aligned with who I want to become.β

βI have been struggling for many years with my mental health and self-esteem, and I've been really struggling to keep on track with making improvements. These sessions provided much-needed structure, going through the keys one at a time, step by step. Your passion about the subject is infectious, and that is something that is felt in the sessions and the work that has been put into this program.β

Questions about the Inner Sail Circle
What's the difference between the Clarity Call and a Mentoring Call?+
They're two different things. The Clarity Call (also called a Discovery Call) is for learning more about the Inner Sail Circle, or asking a general question, free, 30 minutes. Mentoring Calls are a separate service, for a specific situation, a space to think out loud and leave with real direction and the feeling that you were heard, no program commitment, 1 hour, β¬110 per session, book whenever you need one.
Do I need any yoga experience for the Inner Sail Circle?+
No, and you won't be asked to do any poses. The Inner Sail Circle draws on the philosophy behind yoga, presence, breath, listening to what the body already knows, and uses it as a tool for leadership work, not a physical practice. If you also want an actual movement practice, see Practice With Us for where that now lives.
Can I pay for the Inner Sail Circle in installments?+
Yes, you can split the price into two payments, half at enrollment and half automatically charged 4 weeks later. You'll get a reminder email a few days before the second charge.
What's the difference between Group and 1:1 format?+
Group format is a small group of 8 to 10 people, β¬760 per person. 1:1 is fully personalized and one-on-one, β¬1,190.
What happens after the 8 weeks end?+
You join the Leaders Circle, a private community that stays open after the Program ends, so you keep growing and stay connected with others on the same path.
